How to extract only the pages you need

Extracting pages is useful when a long report contains one section you need to send or save. Keep the original file until you have checked the new PDF.

1. Identify the pages

Write down the page numbers you want to keep. Use the printed page number only if it matches the PDF page order; cover pages and inserts can shift the count.

2. Choose the output order

Open Split PDF and enter a range such as 1-3, 7. The tool validates the range and keeps the requested order.

3. Check the result

Open the downloaded PDF and confirm that headings, images and page orientation look right. Extracted pages may not retain document-level bookmarks or interactive features.
