How to combine PDFs in the right order

Combine related documents into one PDF so readers can find everything in one place. PDF Tools Club merges files locally in your browser.

1. Gather your PDFs

Use unencrypted PDF files, with a combined size below 50 MB. Rename them beforehand if that helps you recognize their intended order.

2. Arrange the files

Open Merge PDF and choose at least two files. Use the up and down arrows beside each file to arrange them. All pages of the first file appear first, followed by the next file.

3. Merge and check

Select Merge PDFs and download the result. Open it to confirm page order and formatting. Keep the source documents, particularly if they contain signatures or interactive forms.

Only need some pages?

Use Split PDF first to extract specific pages, then merge the extracted documents. Organize PDF can reorder pages within one document.
