Number a report, assignment or combined PDF
Paginate a PDF by adding sequential visible numbers to the header or footer. Use a plain number, “Page 1” or “Page 1 of 10”. Choose selected pages, font, color and position before processing.
A practical example
For a six-page report with an unnumbered cover, select 2-6 and start from 1. Five numbers are added; the cover stays in the PDF. Page ranges use file positions, not printed page labels.
What to check in the result
Adding numbers rewrites the PDF and can invalidate an existing digital signature. Numbers can overlap content; inspect the first and last numbered pages before sharing.
Supported files and limits
Use valid, unencrypted PDF files, within 50 MB total input. Complex files may exceed device memory.
